WHAT IS GOING ON HERE
ZARI-ILLKANA is a coastal trading city, popular with PIRATES and SMUGGLERS, run by an immortal prophetic chameleon named The Great Thelotl.
THE WETLANDS are rife with sunken ruins from the vanished empire of the road-builders.
A FLYING SAUCER has crashed in the hills north of Zari-Illkana. Pollution from the crash has started terraforming the surrounding countryside.
ANCIENT SKYSCRAPERS rise from a lake deep in the Wetlands. Adventurers risk the dangers to plunder the weird treasures found within.
A SEAGULL WITCH haunts the coast, her harpy daughters demand tribute from travellers.
A DEATH CULT is abducting folk from Zari-Illkana at the behest of a TELEPATHIC BEAST.
WHAT IS THIS
A system-agnostic hexcrawl, centred around a rough and tumble trade city run by an immortal chameleon the size of a city bus. Also there are aliens, pterosaurs, a deluded death-cult, a seagull witch, a d100 Ancient Junk table, a dragon with a weird name, and a Roomba with a knife.
Includes both printable zine version and a digital version, as well as handout and referee versions of the map. Compatible with your favourite d20-based tabletop roleplaying game (as well as the one you grudgingly still play because it's what everybody else plays), and would also probably work well in Tunnel Goons, Troika!, or a sci-fi game where you need to hit 8+ on 2d6.
